We currently ship within India only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, and delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company/post office norms. PCTECH Computers is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). PCTECH Computers is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Payments: PCTECH Computers is proud to use a secure payment gateway for fast, easy, and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted. Our payment gateway supports credit cards, debit cards, net banking, cash cards, and credit card EMI on credit cards issued by various banks.
How do we ship the orders? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days (for urban locations) and 7-14 days (for rural locations).
Usually we ship all orders placed on www.pctech.co.in through various reputed courier services in India. (e.g., FedEx, Blue Dart, First Flight, DTDC, India Post, etc.), depending upon the limitations of area serviceability by the courier companies, depending upon the PIN code, we hand over the consignments to the respective courier service that is serving the particular area. We update you about the dispatch details after handing over the shipment to the courier service. How much are the delivery charges?
Currently we offer free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 500/- or more. Otherwise, Rs. 50/- is charged as delivery charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is usually 3-5 days. It may differ from one area to another. But some areas are not covered by any of the above-listed companies; in that case, we may send the orders through India Speed Post, and it may take 10-15 days for delivery.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes. Octroi applicable in some states will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages during Transportation and Reimbursement Policy.
All transactions are covered against damages by the carrier during shipping, but we need amicable proof of damage, and for that, the customer should reject the order in case the damage is visible externally, and in case there is no external damage to the shipping box, then the customer should shoot a video at the time of opening the parcel without any breaks/modifications to the video. If its found that the product is damaged or a different product was delivered, then we will reimburse the order amount. We do not entertain any damage claims after this point that happen during handling or installation.
