Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
1. Replacement Guarantee
- Replacement available for damaged or defective products within the specified time.
- Applicable to all physical products sold on pctech.co.in.
- Replacement may be full product or part(s), subject to availability.
2. Exchange Policy
- Available (excluding spare parts) if product does not meet expectations.
- Applicable for size or fit issues.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
- Cancel within 30 minutes → 5% processing fee.
- After 30 minutes → Subject to approval + additional charges.
After Dispatch:
- Forward shipping + RTO charges + 5% fee deducted.
After Delivery:
- Cancellation not allowed.
4. Return Policy
- Return window: Within 10 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and same condition.

6. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Product damaged due to misuse.
- Used or installed consumables.

- Damage not covered under manufacturer warranty.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.
7. Important: Unboxing Video Requirement
- Mandatory for damaged, wrong, or missing item claims.
- Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
8. How to Request Replacement
- Record unboxing video.
- Report issue within allowed timeframe.
- Return product in original condition.
Resolution Options: Free replacement or store credit.
9. COD Orders & Token Advance
- 20% advance required for COD orders.
- Remaining payable on delivery.
- Refusal at delivery → Advance non-refundable.
