What is our return policy?

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers 
- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

1- How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

We believe our valuable customers and work for 100% customer satisfaction. In unfortunate cases when you receive the shipment box or product in damaged condition, please shoot video while unboxing the package so that it can be proved while we raise dispute with carrier/ courier service. Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible within time frame specified for replacement for the relevant category. In line with our Replacement Guarantee, please return the defective item within  the time specified to return the product for a replacement. Any item returned after the deadline specified for the relevant category will not be entertained for REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.

NOTE: Any claim regarding damage, different or wrong item received, empty box etc. will not be entertained if you fail to shoot the unboxing video.

Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost to you as per the description of the ordered item.

Alternatively we can issue you Store Credit, which you can use to place a fresh order.

2- How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online within 30 minutes after placing the order. We suggest all our website visitors to contact us in case you are not sure about which product you should buy, if you order a wrong product and want to cancel for a refund then we may charge a refund fee which may vary up to 5% of order amount because online payments attract payment gateway fees. We can help you to apply your payment against a correct product and in case of price difference you need to pay extra amount in case its priced at higher cost.
In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us. Refund fee will be charged along with to and from shipping fee, an order cannot be cancelled in case the delivery has already been made.

COD orders and Token advance: In case of COD orders, customers have to pay 20% token amount to confirm the order and remaining amount on delivery and in case refusal of order at the time of delivery, the token amount will not be refunded. - Once your cancellation request is received, we will review your cancellation request and update you as per policy.

4- How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order is received by us, it will take us a maximum of 4-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund after refund initiation date. 5- What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
