Understanding Laptop Battery Warranty

Warranty Period

The warranty period for each laptop battery is specified on the individual product page at the time of purchase.

Proof of Purchase

A valid purchase invoice or order confirmation may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

Technical Inspection

Returned batteries may be inspected to determine whether the reported issue qualifies under the applicable warranty terms.

Normal Battery Wear

Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries naturally lose capacity over time. Normal capacity reduction is generally considered wear rather than a manufacturing defect.

Physical Damage

Physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, burn marks, corrosion, and other excluded conditions may not be covered.

Warranty Resolution

Warranty resolution depends on inspection findings and the applicable warranty terms and product availability.

Important:Warranty terms can vary by product. Always check the warranty information displayed on the individual product page at the time of purchase and review the applicable warranty policy before submitting a claim.
